You should expect to spend at least 5-6 hours per week. Depending on how intensively you want to deal with the content, this can of course be more. Many of our participants spend 8-10 hours per week. In addition, we meet once a week for a live session that lasts between one and a half and three hours.

Yes, the program can be completed alongside other work. The flexible design of the learning content allows you to integrate the work into your own rhythm and the live sessions offer a valuable opportunity for direct exchange and clarification of questions. With a little planning and time management, you can easily meet the demands of the program alongside your professional activities.

All lha+ content can be divided up flexibly. You can complete the learning videos and actions according to your own schedule. If you are unable to attend a live session, you can watch the recording at any time.

The program lasts a total of five and a half weeks, including the live sessions. After this time, the content remains available online so you can access it and review the learning content at any time. This way, you can continue to benefit from the materials even after completing the program.

On our leadhers+ academy platform you will find all the learning videos clearly bundled together. The recordings of the live sessions will also be uploaded here over the course of the editions. You can also download the workbooks that go with the videos. This means you have all the important information in one place.

The workbooks contain actions, i.e. tasks that are designed to deepen the learning material. If you have any questions, our WhatsApp group is available to you, where you can voluntarily network and exchange ideas with Vera and the other participants.

So far, the videos are available in German and English. However, we are working on making more languages ​​available.

Whether your employer covers the costs depends on them. But the chances are good. Many coachees have their training and programs paid for by their company – so it’s worth asking!

Our Female Leadership program is aimed at women+ with and without leadership experience. Whether you are already in a leadership position, are about to take over a team or simply want to advance your personal development – you are very welcome to join us!

Yes, we regularly organize get-togethers where our alumnae have the opportunity to get to know each other personally and exchange ideas. We also connect our participants via WhatsApp, where they can also get to know each other better and organize their own meetings. This platform offers a great opportunity to network and support each other outside of the official events.

Our participants have different backgrounds, but are currently all women and people who are perceived as women. Our current focus is on female empowerment and female leadership. The reason for this is easy to explain: after many years of patriarchal structures in society and the economy, women currently have a greater need for support to find their own individual path.
