Vera Steinhäuser is a trained psychologist and certified business coach with over 20 years of experience in the international communications industry. With her focus on digital communication, she quickly became a luminary in the European advertising landscape and assumed leadership responsibilities early on in renowned agencies such as BBDO and DDB. Since 2014, she has been running her own agency „Sie&Ich“, specializing in strategic communication consulting. Through her own positive experience with coaching, her passion for teaching, and her interactions with people, she pursued further certification as a business coach at CTAS St. Gallen in 2018.
In addition to her extensive experience as a leader and her background in psychology, this forms the perfect foundation for her work: With a focus on female empowerment and female leadership, Vera’s goal is to contribute to gender equality in all relevant areas of society and to distribute power more equitably. Her vision materialized in 2023 with the founding of the leadhers+ Academy, where she empowers women and those identified as women under the motto ‚Lead yourself to lead others,‘ encouraging them to shape the world autonomously.
